What is the minimum amount of yardage I can purchase?
We currently have a 3 yd minimum for our woven products. And there is no minimum yardage amount for our digitally printed fabrics.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to the trade?
We do! You can inquire about special trade pricing at our contact page or e-mail us directly at hello@roseroot-textiles.com.
Do you offer samples of your fabrics?
We offer standard sized samples of all of our products. They can be located on our shop page.
How do I check on the status of my order?
You can check on the status of your order by contacting us at hello@roseroot-textiles.com
Do you provide CFA’s (Cutting for Approval)?
At this time we do not. This would only be suitable for woven fabrics as all digitally printed fabrics are made to order. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a commercial match but we will do our best!
What is the lead time for your fabrics?
This varies for each item. Our digitally printed fabrics are made to order with a general lead time of 2-3 weeks from date of order. Our woven goods are made to order as well with a general lead time of 6-8 weeks. If we carry stock of our woven fabrics, we can generally ship your order out in within 1-2 weeks.
What is the lead time for your pillows?
All pillows are made to order so you can expect a general lead time of 3-4 weeks from date of order.
Am I able to return my fabric?
Unfortunately, we are unable to return yardage unless there is an issue with the goods, since all fabrics are made to order. We will need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the fabric.
Are your textiles suitable for both contract and residential use?
We test all of our fabrics at a facility in Michigan. We make sure that all of our textiles are up to code according to their intended use. We recommend the digital fabrics for residential use and the woven fabrics for either contract or residential environments.
Are your fabrics stain-treated?
It depends on the fabric. Our digitally printed fabrics are not stain treated, and some of our woven goods are. Please refer to each specific fabric on our shop page. We work closely with a treatment facility in Michigan.
How much fabric should I order?
We recommend consulting a local designer or workroom, as we are unable to determine yardage for your specific project. Please refer to the specifications for each pattern.
Do you offer custom design?
We would love to collaborate with you on a custom project! Please inquire about your idea on our contact page.
What does Railroading mean?
This means that the fabric patterns run “up the roll,” meaning the pattern flows from top to bottom, parallel with the selvage edges. On a fabric that is railroaded, the pattern runs across the roll from selvage edge to selvage edge.
What do you mean by vertical x horizontal?
These are the measurements of the repeat within a pattern.
